They are not fully trustworthy. I went to get new tires and told them to not roll the front driver side window down because it is not working correctly. The front desk worker acknowledges this by saying "Yah, we normally roll them down, but I will tell the guy to not do that." When I went to pick up my car, they had obviously rolled my windows down, even after directly acknowledging that they would not. If they are messing up on as something as basic as that, what else are they messing up?

I brought a 2013 Toyota Avalon in for an alignment. The alignment was good, however when I picked up the car the ABS light was on. I called and asked if the car needed a steering angle calibration due to the alignment. They told me “the alignment has nothing to do with that”. “That year doesn’t even have a steering sensor”. I used my OBD scanner to pull ABS codes and the code was “steering angle sensor output”. My scanner did not have the functionality to calibrate the steering sensor, so I had to do the paperclip method to put the control module into calibration mode and reset the steering angle. The light is now off and fine. A big company like this should know how to do a proper alignment and should know that any vehicle with electric power steering needs a calibration after alignment (common knowledge in the mechanic world). Just be aware before you get an alignment here that if you are not a mechanic like myself, you may be stuck with this issue if you have a car with electric power steering!!

Dropped off my car to have two tire pressure monitors installed. Unfortunately, I did not ask for a price. My wife picked up the car a got a a bill for $211. WTH... I called to inquire about the astonimical price for the parts ($69.99 ea), explaining sets of 4 were available online from multiple vendors for under $50. Their response was that they "Only" charged $60 to install them and that was a great deal. Last time I will ever take a vehicle there. Asked for a quote for set of tires for my dually and was fully ready to proceed.... not happening.

Absolutely recommend! I was referred to this shop by a female coworker who spoke so highly of them that I felt confident giving them a try—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in and explained what was going on with my car, I was treated with honesty, respect, and care. A huge shoutout to Cisco for going above and beyond. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars—and being a woman—it meant a lot that he didn’t take advantage of that. Instead, he made sure I felt safe, informed, and that my car was properly taken care of. This is hands down the most honest and reliable shop I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my first experience here. Needed brakes, price was nearly $100 bucks cheaper than another shop down the street. 4 hours later job completed and I’m driving home. Thank you.
